"How We Respect Life is a Moral Issue" - Reverend Jesse Jackson (1977)

Will Jesse Jackson be remembered as a great civil rights leader? Will he be remembered as a warrior for justice and equality? Will there be more schools and a couple of libraries named in his honor? Will there streets named in his honor.  Perhaps, a major Chicago-area freeway?  Sadly no.  The "Reverend" Jesse Jackson will be remembered as yet another American politician of African origin who chose the bright "Shining Path" of Progressivism.  Jesse Jackson will be remembered as just another "civil right hero" who was so blinded by Socialist enlightenment that he could not see the moral and civil decay of own community.  Jesse Jackson will be remembered as politician who marched "forward" to the beat of the Progressive drum while leaving the community he claimed to love far far behind.

A true and correct reading of history will accurately and properly place Reverend Jesse Jackson among the greatest sellouts, frauds, and betrayers in the modern era. He will be remembered as the man who literally trampled underfoot the lives of thousands killed in Chicago's raging epidemic of Black-on-Black violence in his rush to exploit tragedies like Trayvon Martin, Tamir Rice, and Michael Brown in order to politicize and race-bait. In November 2104 opinion piece for the Guardian, Jesse Jackson wrote:

“Police shootings of young black men are reaching crisis proportions. “

First of all, this simply is not true. The numbers simply do not support this false contention. Jackson provides not a single statistic to support his claim. Oddly, he references the death of Trayvon Martin as an example. Everyone knows that Trayvon Martin was not killed by a police officer. Jackson goes on to say,

“It’s about a failed urban policy: guns in, drugs in, jobs and services out – all contained with military occupation, not unlike South African apartheid.”

Here is were things get a little strange. Does Reverend Jackson not realize he is talking about urban areas that have been under Democrat administration for decades? Does he not realize that Black elected officials in these urban areas hold high if not the highest offices? Jackson went on to say,

“This federal 'ghetto' policy is true whether you’re in Ferguson or St Louis, Los Angeles or Seattle, Atlanta or Birmingham or Milwaukee ...”

It is interesting to note that Jesse Jackson fails to mention his hometown of Chicago in this list of social-engineered “ghettos.” Each and every city he mentions has been run by HIS Democrat Party for decades. So who is to blame?

He will be remembered as a hypocrite. Reverand Jackson was against abortion before “Progressive” enlightenment along with perhaps ambition and greed blinded him.

Jesse Jackson once stated,

“We are pro-life….”

As early as 1973, Jackson told Jet Magazine

“Abortion is genocide. Anything growing is living … If you got the thrill to set the baby in motion, and you don’t have the will to protect it, you’re dishonest …"

Additionally, Jackson told Jet Magazine

"Who knows the cure for cancer won’t come out of some mind of some Black child?”

LifeSiteNews reports that

“In 1977, Jackson endorsed the Hyde Amendment, writing, ‘I must oppose the use of federal funds for a policy of killing infants.’”

In1984, during his run for the Presidency, Jackson took a very different pro-choice position on the issue of abortion when he said,

“I choose to put my emphasis on sex education and self discipline before the fact. I would never encourage abortion, except under medically extenuating circumstances. On the other hand I do support freedom of choice…”

Fast forward to 2016 and there is an entirely different Reverand Jesse Jackson as it relates to the question abortion. - Hosea Initiative President Terry Beatley asked Jackson

“Reverend Jackson, I would like to know why 30 years ago you helped to expose the racist population control plan of Planned Parenthood’s founder, Margaret Sanger, and now today, you don’t say anything about it. It is killing more black people than all diseases, accidents, and homicides added together. Why don’t you help expose it anymore?”

Reverend Jackson avoided the reporter and ran away to avoid answering the question.

Abortion-homicide is surely THE ULTIMATE form of voter suppression. A baby torn limb from limb in the womb is deprived of the Right to Life let alone the Right to Vote. Nevertheless, Jackson will be remembered as the failed politician who marched past abortion mills to oppose "voter suppression."

Jackson will be remembered as the bombastic man of words the Left routinely called on to amplify the most divisive and inflammatory rhetoric of the moment. Jackson refused to take note, at least publicly, the clear and unequivocal evidence that Michael Brown initiated an assault on Officer Wilson; that Michael Brown entered the officer’s police cruiser up to his waist; that Michael Brown struggled for control of the officer’s duty weapon; that he did, in fact, for a moment gain control of the weapon; that he was high on narcotics; that Michael Brown bull rushed the officer ignoring repeated commands to laydown; and that Officer Wilson acted in self-defense and did not violate Michael Brown’s civil rights. Instead, Jackson dutifully wrote that the shooting of Michael Brown

“was a kind of state execution. “

He will be remembered as one of the Black "leaders" who steered the Civil Rights movement hard Left. Jackson will be remembered as a champion of Climate Change, Global Warming, and Gun Control.

Credit should be given where credit is due. Reverend Jesse Jackson saw the up and coming then-State Senator Barack Hussein Obama for what he was -- an impostor, a perpetrator, and a fraud. Jackson's frustration and disdain for Obama was caught on an open microphone when Jackson said,

"I wanna cut his nuts off."

Soon thereafter, Jackson would take the mic to issue an apology. Jackson was taken aback by Obama’s comments suggesting that young Black men be more responsible. Apparently tiffed Jackson was once again caught saying,

"Barack...he's talking down to black people...telling niggers how to behave."

The elder Jackson would once again be forced to apologize.

Reverend Jesse Jackson will be remembered for being a warrior for women’s causes. Well no, not really. He will actually be remembered for being an unfaithful husband and baby maker. Not long after Rev. Jackson “counseled” then-President Bill Clinton over the Monica Lewinsky affair news broke that Jackson himself had

“...fathered an out-of-wedlock daughter with a top aide - whom he even brought to the White House while pregnant to meet President Clinton. “

Seemingly undeterred, Jackson would find himself embroiled in yet another sex scandal when Tommy R. Bennett who goes by the name “ Aruba Tommy,” an openly gay man stated,

“...he was required to perform uncomfortable tasks, such as escorting women to meet Jackson in hotels and clean up afterward, and applying cream to a rash between Jackson’s legs. “

According to the Huffington Post, Bennett says Jackson ‘became very angry’ and called him a ‘little motherfucker.’ “ when he refused Jackson’s request to apply the cream.

In recent days, Reverand Jackson has been accused publicly of “groping” a female journalist for The Root named Danielle Young. Young revealed the encounter in an article published by The Root itself. She sad that reached out his hand and grabbed her thigh as she approached him to take a photo. She states that Jackson squeezed her thigh saying,

“I like all of that right there!”

The Reverend Jesse Jackson will be remembered for a lot of things. Most of them, if current "social justice" trends continue, will result in his name being take OFF of buildings, schools, and streets.
