If France Can Do It, Why Can’t We?

If France Can Do It, Why Can't We?

In France, ballots are cast, collected, counted and outcomes reported in one night.

In the run up to the 2022 midterm elections, the Democrat-Left revs up the fear-mongering to turn out their voters.  Baseless talk of the GOP “stealing” the midterm election issues from mouth of Hillary Clinton and Democrat sycophants in the media.

There’s also the predictable, and patently ridiculous claims that a GOP victory in the 2022 midterms is a “threat to democracy.” It’s as if the Republican Party urged Antifa seditionist to lay siege to courthouses, attack peaceful demonstrators, throw incendiary devices at police, and attempt to blind police helicopter pilots with lasers. It almost makes you believe that the Republican Party gave #BlackLivesMatter rioters “space” to pillage, attack police officers, loot, murder one another, and burn down businesses. It was Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake (D), who infamously did just that.

What’s REALLY going on? Simply put, Democrats are trying to get out in front of what may turn out to be one of, if not THE BIGGEST, election defeats in U.S. history.

Ahead of this “red wave,” various state-level Democrat officials are casting doubt on election integrity in their OWN jurisdictions. Notably, The Post Millennial reports that

“Pennsylvania’s acting Secretary of State Leigh M. Chapman revealed that there will likely be delays in posting the results from the state’s midterm election.”

the post millennial

“It’s really important for us to get accurate information about the election process in Pennsylvania,” Chapman said. “So voters and the public know that when there are delays in counting, it doesn’t mean that there’s anything nefarious happening. It’s just what the law is in Pennsylvania.”

If a politician tells you that “there’s anything nefarious happening,” you can wager that SOMETHING NEFARIOUS IS HAPPENING.

Pennsylvania’s acting Secretary of State Leigh M. Chapman warns of delays, perhaps days, to reach final vote tally.

“Chapman detailed in a virtual news conference how the state would be handling vote counting in the upcoming election, and said that it would likely take several days to count and certify the votes, according to Lehigh Valley News.”

The mumbo jumbo word salad served up by Leigh M. Chapman is merely a CYA move. She is providing the cover needed for the kind of post-election shenanigans that continue to cast doubt on the legitimacy of the 2020 Presidential election results in Pennsylvania.

Of course, the media arm of the Democrat-Left is doing it’s part.  How?  By deleting their own articles.  A simple search hit on an article published on April 10, 2022 by ABCNews.com entitled “Voting in France: Paper ballots, in person, hand-counted” by Sylvie Corbet of the Associated Press.

Clicking on the link to the article resulted in an “HTML 404 Error.” This technical information that indicates that a web page that was once existed is gone. ABCNews appears to have removed the well-written piece on France’s common sense voting practices. Imagine that!

The Internet is a fascinating innovation. It is a rapidly growing, time-series, ledger, and archive. Information published to the Internet is persistent. The idea of deleting information from the Internet is a fallacy.

ABCNews removed the article. I found it.

Which articles?  The articles that show that and entire nation can cast, collect, and count hand ballots in a single night.  Which nation you ask?  France.

If France, a nation of 68,305,148, can count votes in a single night, why can’t the State of Pennsylvania?

This begs the question: What’s so special about the way France cast, collects, and counts ballots? The answer is NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! It not what the French do. It’s what they don’t do.

“France doesn’t do mail-in voting, early voting or use voting machines en masse like the United States.”

SYLVIE CORBET Associated Press

France’s simply common sense voting practice run COMPLETELY counter to the American political Left’s attempt install a voting system that guarantees they win elections in perpetuity.

PAPER BALLOTS

“Voters make their choices in a booth, with the curtains closed, then place their ballot in an envelope that is then put into a transparent ballot box.”

“Volunteers count the ballots one by one.”

“…legally only the paper counts.”

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION

[Voters] must show photo identification and sign a document, next to their name, to complete the process.”

PROXY VOTING

“People who can’t go to the polls for various reasons can authorize someone else to vote for them.”

“To do so, a voter must fill out a form ahead of time and bring it to a police station.”

NO MAIL-IN VOTING

“Mail-in voting was banned in 1975 amid fears of potential fraud.”

“Machine-voting was allowed as an experiment starting in 2002, but the purchase of new machines has been frozen since 2008 due to security concerns.”

COVID-19 MEASURES

“People who test positive for the virus can go to the polls. They are strongly advised to wear a mask and follow other health guidelines.”

“Voters can wash their hands at polling stations, which will also have hand sanitizer available. Equipment will be frequently cleaned. Each voting station will let fresh air in for at least 10 minutes every hour.”

It’s clear to see why ABCNews.com removed the article. France’s voting practices make far too much sense.
